特に蒸し焼きした穴子はぷりっぷりで香ばしさも絶妙。噛み締めるたびに出る味わいが堪らんです。
次に握り、鰈から始まり上がっていくバイブス
マグロはつまみの時から常温に上げていきます。
今までたべてきたマグロはなんだったのか、、
血生臭さが微塵もない美味さ100%の赤身。素晴らしい、、初めて赤身をうまいと思った。
中トロはふわふわ、ふわふわとしか表現できない、、絶妙なバランスで入っているサシが美しくシルクのような舌触り。しっかりとした味わいを残しつつとろけていくマグロは確実にいままで食べてきた物の中でNo1
