今夜は博多で飲み会。
いつもお世話になっているお店の方と、そこで出会ったのんべえ夫婦と、なほちゃんと私。
やって来ました博多の警固まで。
ここはのんべえ夫婦さんの、後輩さんがされているお店、
「ワインと天麩羅 あら木 警固」さんです。
本来、天麩羅?って感じると思うのですが、揚げ方や衣、醤油や塩などで美味しさが格段に変わってくるんです。
そんな感動できる天麩羅を食べに来て欲しいです。
☘️ペアリングのワインとハイボール

気の知れた6人で呑むお酒が美味しす。
☘️前菜
♬.*゚長崎産タコと高知の期間限定の四方竹
それを唐辛子醤油(魚虎でも出たね)でね。
コメント要らんて、美味いから。
☘️秋刀魚
♬.*゚めっちゃ薄衣!
この感じの薄衣が続くのですが、素材が活きるから美味い‼️
柔らかなサクッと感を楽しもうね。
☘️銀杏
♬.*゚フランス産のお塩が良い仕事するんです。
銀杏にいい意味で苦味があり、其の苦味を甘く感じさせるお塩。
うっまぁ〜。
☘️えび天(関節2個外してます、だから真っ直ぐ)
♬.*゚ほんとに背筋ピンの天麩羅
フランス産塩も合う、レモン醤油も合う、そして大根の辛さが全くこない美味しい天つゆも合う。
えび1本で、3回味を楽しめます。
☘️白石町の蓮根
♬.*゚な〜に、この美味すぎる食感。芋も感じさせるサクモチ食感。
これには6人全員が納得のおいしさ。
☘️有明産の海苔で包んだイカ
♬.*゚わっΣ(゚д゚;)これも餅の様な食感のイカ。何このイカって思います。
☘️キノコと山芋
♬.*゚キノコ苦手な私が、ちゃんと食べれましたよ!美味しくって。
☘️万願寺とうがらしとえびと海苔
♬.*゚程よい苦味の万願寺とうがらしに、えびのプリプリと海苔風味が合わさった、これまた最高の天麩羅の1つです。
とにかく、ここのお店は美味しいの一言❤
☘️秋田県産舞茸
♬.*゚はぁい、ここでも苦手なキノコですよ〜。
でも、歯切れの良い舞茸にちょっと感動してます。
☘️博多華味鳥のササミ
♬.*゚おぅ!めっちゃジューシー。ふわっふわの身で、これまた美味しいしかないですyo。
☘️すき焼き風
♬.*゚ここでこれをぜんぶ食べちゃダメですよ。
今夜はこの後、五島うどんが提供されますので。
そう、うどんという事は、肉うどんですよね。
なので、この後合体です。

麺は、中々の確りのコシ。これめっちゃ好み。
私以外の男性陣は60g超えの大盛りサイズで提供です。
私はお子様の20g(麺の量ね)
〆として、最高でした。
