札幌中心から東方面。永山記念公園の近くにお店はあります。シェフが腕を奮った一皿ヒトサラ、いつも本当に美味しい。コースは3,500円とペアリング付き9,000円の二つ。アラカルトもあるが、いつもコースを選択。レパートリーが豊富でいつ行っても新しい味に出会えます。早めに予約しないとすぐに満席の人気店。ナチュールワインも豊富。お勧めです。
