コチラ、仙台、文化通りにあります。
お願いしたのはアテとおまかせのコース、伊達です。
最初からいいテンポでアテが出てきます。

全体的な感想として、やはりシャリが美味しいです。固めに炊かれていて赤酢の塩梅もとてもよいものでした。
また、寝かせたり仕事をしたりするお料理あり、採れたてのアジをコリコリといただいたり、バランスよくいいお寿司を頂きました。
写真、撮り忘れたのですが、真鯛のあんのかかった茶碗蒸し、絶品でした。
