伊勢旅行のメインイベント松坂牛の横綱店こと、和田金さんに初訪問。
松阪市はコロナの影響か駅前もシャッター街になっており、街はかなり寂しくなってました。
今回の旅行では昨日に牛銀さんに行き本日は和田金さんに行くと言う豪華松坂牛二連チャンツアーです。
予約時にコースの違いを聞いたところ、肉の違いとのことでした。近年脂の多い肉が苦手になって来ていた為、松より竹の方が脂が少ないかと思い
今回は寿し焼コース竹を注文。
こちらは炭火で調理となっており、雰囲気も抜群ですが、夏はかなり暑いらしいです。
前菜、肉すまし等がでて、本番のすき焼きにはいります。いいお店は大体、肉→野菜→肉→野菜のパターンが多いかな…
基本は中居さんがついて全て調理してくれます。
関西風で砂糖とお醤油のみ(酒無し)で調理とのことです。
関西風でベストのタイミングで提供してくれるので、とても美味しく頂きました。
一緒に食べる米が美味くて卵とご飯はおかわりしちゃいました。
この量なら脂のくどさは感じなかった(翌日含めて)次回は松いってみたいです。
