人気の炭やです。予約しないと基本かなり待つことになります。オープンと同時に予約入店。あっという間にお客さんいっぱいです。
カウンターで七輪で楽しみます。上着を入れる袋をいただきました。煙がもくもくするので、その防止ですね。
炭やと言えば、ホルモンの美味しい店なので、まずは「ミックスホルモン(塩ホルと上ホル)」です。焼けば焼くほど、その脂で火力が強くなります。
「トントロ」を焼く頃には、炎に包まれました。
飲み物は、マッコリ1リットル
いや〜美味しいものには、美味しい酒。
