平日19時に事前予約して訪問、店内はカウンターのみで10席ほど、7割くらいの客入り。意外と飛び込み客も多いが、予約した方が無難。予約時は、「その日獲れたものを美味しくいただきたい」スタンスが大事。ノドグロは事前予約必須。
店主ご夫妻のツーオペで、食べるペースはお店にお任せしましょう。

ボキャブラリー不足かもしれないけど、ただただ美味しい。
特にハマったのは、ふぐの煮凍り、煽烏賊、穴子の茶碗蒸し、のどぐろ、お茶漬け。その日獲れた素材の味を、とことん美味しく楽しめる。
煽烏賊刺身。濃厚でまろやかな甘味、コリッとした食感、うどんのように啜って食べたいくらいハマる。
穴子の茶碗蒸し。最初に良く混ぜてからいただきます。玉子とお出汁と穴子の甘味が溢れる。前菜というよりはデザートでいただきたい。
のどぐろは、ハンパなくジューシーで、旨味が爆発している。必食の一品。お皿に流れた脂も、最後にお出汁でいただけるので、余すことなく楽しめる。
日本酒を一緒にいただかなかったことだけが後悔。
