以前訪問した際気に入りすぎて、家族も連れてきたいと思っていてやっとの訪問。休日の18時ごろ予約をして伺ったのですが、今日は予約でいっぱいと書いていたので予約をしていくと確実かと思います。
わたしたちは
◯かもてつ
◯枝豆
◯鯛の昆布締め
を注文。
かもてつは、最初に鴨脂を20分ほど焼いてじゅわじゅわと油を出します。その後そこに春菊と椎茸を入れて、大根おろしとしょうゆでいただきます。この春菊が本当に美味しい、、、かもの脂でまろやかジューシーになります。春菊は美味しすぎて追加注文もしちゃいました。
春菊を食べたら、出汁を入れてくださるので、そこにかもつくねや他のお野菜を入れていただきます。鴨もここでしゃぶしゃぶ。鴨はジューシーだけど軽くていくらでもいけそうです。私たちは追加で餅とくずきりを入れたのですが、くずきりが本当に美味なので、追加注文をおすすめしたいです。
締めはお米を注文。ぐつぐつ煮たおじやは絶品でした。
今回も大満足。またいきます!
