ランチで脅威のクオリティ8800円コースお目当てに初訪問。
12時予約で11時40分頃到着しましたが、入れてた頂けました。
気さくな大将とお話ししながら、お寿司のコースを頂きます。

まず、これで8800円はお得過ぎる!!
ウニやはまぐり、車海老まで入れてくれるとは、優し過ぎますね。
それにお米は砂糖が入っていない為、口に入れるとぱらっと溶けて舌触りが良い。
秋田こまちの古米を使われています。
ワサビもこだわりの伊豆の天城産!
これだけ立派なワサビを扱っているのはこの辺りでもこちらくらいで、開店当初からのお付き合いだからこそ扱える一品だそうです。
こちらのお寿司は江戸前ではなく、あくまで大将のがりということでしたが、本当にどれを食べても美味しい。
ひとつひとつの食材を選んだ理由や、ポイントも教えてくれ、せっかくだからとワサビの写真も撮りますか??と気遣いがたり、心優しい大将でした。
そんな大将の地元、長崎県壱岐市のウニや、大振りの車海老、鰹の藁焼きは特に格別w
車海老はこれくらいのサイズが無いと、硬くてパサパサしちゃうからダメなんですよ、と教えてくれました。
ただ、個人的に忘れられないのが
あおさの味噌汁!!
タイの頭で出汁を取ってるらしく、めちゃくちゃ良い香りなんです!!
一口飲むと鼻の奥まで素敵な香りが広がります。
接客も店の雰囲気も、もちろん料理も良い。
