お連れさんが以前行って美味しかったと再訪を狙っていて、やっと予約が取れたとの事で伺いました。
ビックリしたのは私達以外、外国のお客さん。
ずっと予約が取れないと聞いたので、期待していたのですが「あっ、外国人向けのお鮨屋さんなのね」と食べる前は正直冷めた気持ちで待っていました。
が、期待値超えてきました‼︎
熟成された寿司ネタがねっとりしていたり、その中に歯応えがあったり。熟成寿司って余り好みではないのですが、初めて寝かせている意味がわかった気がします。お米の握り方もまた好みで^_^ しっかり握られているのに硬くなく。非常に良かった。
松川、アジ、カンパチ、鰤は勿論美味しく、鮑もとても柔らかく蒸されていて。本鮪の中トロなんてビジュアルからしても美味しいのが分かってしまう。
ほんとに美味しかったぁー。これでランチ6600円はかなり破格。サービス料は取られるので1人7千円超えにはなってしまいますが大変満足!
今回たまたま海外の方々しかいない日だったかもしれませんが、日本人こそ行ってみて欲しいお鮨屋さんでした。
