ずっと行きたかったけどなかなか予約が取れなかった焼鳥「1000」さん。今回運良く20時40分の回が取れて念願の訪問してきました。
店は狭いビルの3階にあり、時間になるまで扉の鍵が開かないシステムになってます。時間になるとお店の方が呼びにきます。
こちらの大将はまだ20代という若さですでに10年以上の歴があり、横浜の名店「里葉亭」、「美鶏」で経験を積まれてきました。
コースは全ておまかせです。
焼鳥について、高坂鶏を使用しており、どれも肉の旨味や水分を逃さない絶妙な焼き加減。
串1本1本の美味しさはもちろんのこと、その他1品料理もこだわっており、どれも素晴らしいものばかりでした。
〆のご飯はカレー、ラーメン、炊き込みご飯、焼きおにぎりの4種類から選びます。もちろん全て注文することも可能ですが、割とお腹いっぱいだったので炊き込みご飯と焼きおにぎりにしました。〆も手を抜かずしっかりと美味しかったです。
また機会があればぜひ行きたいお店です。
