都営大江戸線 都庁前駅から徒歩10分程の新宿では比較的落ち着いた場所にある「すし岩瀬」さん。
すし匠系列のお店で修行を積まれた大将が腕を振舞ってくれます。
店内はウッド系の香りが漂う和の色調。カウンター11席程度で隣との感覚はやや狭めでした。
コースは握りと一品料理が半々くらいの割合で満遍なく出てきます。品数は怒涛の30品超えなので握りのサイズは小さめ、お米は江戸前ならではの赤酢と白酢をネタごとに使い分けています。ネタは当たり前ですがどれも新鮮で脂が乗って美味しかったです。1品料理も全て美味しかったです。ネタによっては直接手渡ししてくれるのもよかったです。
30品弱にお酒3杯飲んでお会計1人32,000円でした。
これだけ食べて飲んで1人3万弱はコスパ最強じゃないでしょうか。
けど、割とお腹いっぱいになるのでなるべく空腹で行った方がよさそうです笑
店長は気さくでとても良い方でした。皆さんお気遣いや対応も素晴らしかったです。
