指定の日は・・・誕生日・・・セルフプロディース!?
先輩レビュワー様お二人と初めてのオフ会参加となりました。
ハイボールとビールで乾杯。
キムチ盛り合わせ、混ぜナムル、アボカドキムチ、チョレギサラダ、韓国海苔。
なるほごナムルって混ぜて食べたほうが美味しい。
アボカドキムチはビジュアルGOOD。
きれいなボトルのシャンパン持込で2度目の乾杯。
続いて刺が連続する。コブクロ刺し、アボカド炙りユッケ、炙りユッケ、ハラミ刺。
ハラミ刺は初めてでした。見た目よりあっさりと美味しい。
生肉好きとしてはたまらない。
ハラミは生で食べられる部位とのこと。
じゃあなんで他では見ないの?
生で食べられる上質なハラミが入りにくいってことなのかな?
メインの特選厚切りタンは厚いので焼が難しいようでお店の方にお任せ。
特選厳選ハラミ・・・ハラミは焼いても美味しい。
レバーも軽く炙って頂く。
入院後脂質制限中の私。豚ひれと鶏ささみと胸肉ばかり食べていて、1か月ぶりのご馳走。
「控えめに食べよう。全て1切れづつ」と思っていたのに、美味しくてレバーふた切れ目に手を出してしまった。
ここからは糸の切れた凧。
ランプ、シンシン、イチボ、トモサンカクと出てくるものを拒まず食べつくす。
タレもニンニクポン酢、おろしとポン酢、ワサビと店主の創意工夫で飽きさせない。
3人の会話にもついていこうと必死。
後半は記憶が・・・
それでも「もう食べられない!」と言いながら締め冷麺。
