12時10分くらい前に入店して、運良く最初の客として入店。
鉄板には、テイクアウト用のそばめしやお好み焼きが作られていた。
チャンポンすじそばめしを作り始めると、次々に来店客が入り、あっという間に満席。
その後、テイクアウト用の電話が入り、またテイクアウトの引き取り応対もあるが、家族で切り盛りしているのて、心配ご無用かと。
チャンポン具材のイカ、エビ、タコは、丁寧に炒められ、イカ、エビ、タコ一切れずつコテで押し当ててしっかり焼いている。
そばとごはんを合わせて、しっかり丁寧に炒め上げていく。
キャベツを載せて、天かすを振り掛けて、ソースを掛けてからも、しっかり丁寧に炒め上げていく。
ソースは甘口と辛口から選べて、辛口をお願いする。
ソースと合わせて、青のりと味の素が用意される。
遠慮なく取り皿を用意して頂く。
完成したチャンポンすじそばめしに、青のりを振り掛けて、途中で辛口ソースを垂らして、チャンポンすじそばめしを頂戴する。
いつ来ても、目の前で丁寧にそばめしやお好み焼き、焼きそば等を料理される様子は、客として嬉しいし、美味しさにも繋がっていると思う。
