3度目の方とご一緒させて頂いたので、私は初めましてでしたが上級者コースで珍しいものを頂くことが出来ました!
お酒はペアリングでお願いしましたが、貴重なお酒ばかり出てきてお料理にも歓声、お酒にも歓声で終始興奮しました笑
〜おまかせコース〜

つまみ(猪:首・生ハム・耳、鹿:あばら)
→軽く炙られており塩加減もちょうど良い!
色んな食感があって楽しいおつまみ。
あばらがスルメみたいで噛めば噛むほど旨味が出てきました。
▶︎鴨あたま
→ 見た目はびっくりしましたが、イチヂクのソースを使われていて食べやすい味付けで美味しい!
▶︎鹿のタン
→コリコリとした食感!好き!
▶︎鹿の筋肉とフォアグラと松茸の茶碗蒸し
→砕いたカカオと分担の皮で良い香り
▶︎ツキノワグマのモモ肉とニラ
→この組み合わせめちゃくちゃ好きでした!
半分はご飯のお供に残しておきましたが、ご飯との相性もバッチリ!

→黄色と白の2色のとうもろこしご飯には、油の乗ったアライグマのお肉を乗せて『ラスカル丼』名前付けると食べにくくなってしまいましたが笑
焼売で味わった時はアッサリだと思っていたけど、ちょっと獣っぽいのをダイレクトに感じましたが、味変のチャンジャキムチで獣感を消してくれました。
おかわりご飯にはタップリな削りチーズをオンして下さいました♡

蟻をアールグレイ風味に炒ってあるものがトッピングとの事で、ちょっと蟻は抵抗ありましたので、少しだけ添える程度にしていただきました。
恐る恐る頂くと蟻感は全然なくてアールグレイ風味のパリパリの何かって感じで美味く食べれました笑
