お店は千里丘駅より徒歩1分の所にあり、カウンター6席のみ。
落ち着いた雰囲気の店内に入ると、大きなトラフグ白子が鎮座!どんなお料理になるのか想像しただけでワクワク♡
炭火で炙りwinterトリュフ掛けとなって出てきました!とろっとろで口福過ぎた(*´꒳`*)
お鮨を握る手つきはなんとも優雅でずっと見入ってしまうほど。そしてシャリもネタも美味しすぎて何も言えない状態…♡
演出も工夫されてて終始楽しい。
(動画が載せれないのが残念ですが、音楽や照明にもこだわられてる烏賊の時間が盛り上がりました)
プレミアムな日本酒もいただき終始贅沢で幸せ時間をありがとうございました!
