ランチで 朱雀(すざく)コース を注文。
どのお料理も素材も味付けも素晴らしかった。
週末で混雑した中華街の中で、広くて静かで調度品一つ一つに品があって、別空間でゆっくり食事を堪能できた。
●朱雀前菜
さっぱりとした前菜。
サラダ、良く煮込まれた肉、甘く味付けされたプチトマトなど、どれも美味しく、その後の料理にも胸が高鳴る。
●海鮮きのこのスープ
イチオシ! フカヒレやカニなどの海鮮がふんだんに使われてていて、濃厚な味。期待の上をいく美味しさ。
●海鮮二種作り(海老の柚子ソース・白身魚のチリソース)
ゆずの酸味と海老のぷりぷり感が良い。チリソースは醬の深い味わいが感じられて良い。
●二種揚げ物(春巻・揚げ大根餅)
アツアツでパリパリの春巻き、柔らかいもっちり大根餅、共に安定の美味しさ。
●大山鶏と里芋の南乳煮込み
南乳は初めて聞いたが、豆腐を発酵して作られる調味料。柔らかく、優しい味わいで良い感じ。
●窯焼き叉焼とキャベツの炒飯
パラパラで、チャーシューがしっかり感じられて良い。
●杏仁豆腐 山桃シロップ
優しい味わいの杏仁豆腐に、甘くて酸味のある山桃のソースがよく合う。ボリュームもあって、満足感高い。
