九州から取り寄せたスッポンを使用した鍋
下処理が丁寧で完璧な臭み無いスッポン肉と
酒と秘伝出汁ベースに高温加熱調理した
本格まる鍋( スッポン鍋をまる鍋言う )
すっぽんの身はジューシーな赤身肉の部分と
ぷるぷる食感の河豚の口みたいなゼラチン質で
旨味の溶け出たスープの味付けが最高‼️
1人に小さな1鍋提供で丁度ええ量

・海老頭焼き
マイルドな出汁蓼酢付き
小さ目な若鮎と、それより小さな稚鮎が
寄り添う様に盛り付けてある
去年は大き目の鮎一匹でしたが何故今年は違うのか?
推測ですが去年と同じ日に予約し
「結婚記念日利用」と前回で判明し気を遣って
二匹の寄り添う鮎塩焼きを
用意してくれたんやないかな? ( ◍´꒳`◍ )
ふっくらした身に、骨は柔らかく
頭から尻尾まで丸ごと食べられる美味しい鮎

・賀茂茄子
・黒毛和牛炊き合わせ
小芋は美味しいが少し味付けが濃い
■ 揚げ物
鱸の揚げ出し
柔らかく癖の無いスズキを片栗粉でカラッと揚げ
季節野菜の素揚げに出汁をかけた一品
コチラも少し濃い目の味付け
