にぎり中心の構成になっていて、シャリが好みの硬さで良かったです。
前半は甘味のある大トロ、食感が抜群なサメガレイ、太刀魚が特に美味しかったです。
茶碗蒸しはベーコンとマスカルポーネチーズが使用されていてカルボナーラ感覚で斬新な味わいでした。
後半は伝助穴子、ボリュームたっぷりなウニが特に美味しく、終始いろんなネタが出てきて楽しめました。
店内はインバウンド客が多いですが本格的なお鮨屋でした。
