指導する先輩も隣で付き添い、お弟子さん3名が中心になって料理を提供頂ける!
丁寧に作り込んだ料理は、とても美味しく感じられる✨
途中、大将もカウンターに(会話のみ)参戦して弟子部屋を作った想いや、場の空気を和ませる会話を提供いただき、終始心地よい雰囲気を味わうことが出来ました!
※ 成人男性だとボリューム足りないかもしれませんが、追加注文可能との事です!
サワラのタタキ(香りが素晴らしい)、鰻の炙り醤油(初めて味わう食感&香り)、タカエビ(甘くて上品さを感じる)、あら汁(骨まで無駄にせず、濃厚)は特に個人的好み
また季節が変わった頃にお邪魔したい!!!
