勝どき駅から徒歩5分、静かな通りにひっそりと佇む古民家イタリアン。
リノベーションされた古民家らしい温かみのある店内で落ち着いた雰囲気が漂い、リラックスして本格イタリアンを楽しめる居心地の良い空間です。
前菜の燻製牡蠣とウニのブルスケッタは、燻香のある牡蠣にウニの濃厚な旨味が重なり、最初から贅沢な一口。カンパチのカルパッチョは紅くるり(大根)のマリネがアクセントとなり、爽やかで軽やかな仕上がりでした。
海鮮料理はスッポンのポルペッティ。
スッポンの肉と鶏肉を合わせたミートボールで、噛むほどに旨味がにじみ出る深い味わい。ソースはバターを煮詰めたスッポンの出汁で仕上げており、まろやかさとコクが一体となった、ここでしか味わえない一皿でした。
パスタは伊勢海老のアメリケーヌパスタ。
桜エビを効かせた濃厚ソースに伊勢海老の頭が豪快に盛り付けられていて、見た目のインパクトも抜群。香りと旨味がしっかり広がり、コースの中でも特に印象強い料理です。
温菜は白子のコトレッタ。外はカリッと、中はとろりとした白子に、白菜・白ワイン・バターのソースとタルタルが相性抜群。
そしてメインの牛頬肉の赤ワイン煮込みは、ナイフを入れると簡単にほどけるほど柔らかく、口に含むと赤ワインの深いコクと牛頬肉の旨味が一体となって広がります。
にんじんとかぼちゃの優しいスープでほっと落ち着き、最後はラムモカ生チョコでコースを締め。香り豊かで余韻まで楽しめるドルチェでした。
今回はカウンター席の予約でした。
