4月初め、緊急事態宣言が出る前、昨年の12月でやりきれなかった仕事を片付けるため京都へ。無事、京都での仕事が片付き、素敵な和食割烹店で、ささやかに打ち上げです。場所は、丸太駅から徒歩5分です。こちらは、なかなか予約のとれない人気のお店。キャンセル待ちで入ることができました。
案内されたカウンターに座って、大将に挨拶。その後、お任せコースがスタートです。

お薄
白木のカウンターに座ると、
まずは、こちらのお店の敷地内になる井戸水の白湯が出てきました。
たんなる白湯ですが、なぜか、ほっとする味。
そうすると、
目の前では、板さんが本日のお料理に使う鰹節を削っています。
優雅な光景。
そして、3種の削り節のティスティング。
どの削り節も薫り高く、風味が奥深い。
お料理への期待感が高まります。
上品な出汁の味を引き出した餅餡かけにはじまり、
クエとホワイトアスパラ芹と蕗の薹まで
全10品。どの料理も素材と出汁を活かした逸品です。
最後の〆は、5種類から選べるとのこと。
ごはんの量も、大盛から極少まで注文できます。
欲張って全種類を食べたかったのですが、
お腹が、すでにかなり苦しく、
ごはんの量を極少にしてもらい、
鰻玉丼、穴子の押し寿司、まぐろ丼、鰹節と卵黄のジャコご飯の
4種をいただきました(o^^o)
最後に立ててくれたお抹茶も香り高く、
大満足の夜でした。

さらにお腹を空かせてきましょう(^_-)
