神田にある「だし家焼肉 ゑびす本廛」にて、名物のコロたんの定食を注文。
ほどよく脂の乗った厚切りタンは、食べ応えがありつつも重たくない絶妙な仕上がり。
塩とレモンでシンプルに味わったあとは、一緒に提供される旨みたっぷりのお出汁で“出汁焼肉”スタイルに。肉の脂がじんわり溶け込み、スープとしても絶品。
締めはご飯に出汁をかけていただくお茶漬けスタイル。焼肉店とは思えないほどの上品さと余韻が楽しめる構成で、まさに満足度の高いランチ。
やや価格は張るものの、味・構成・満足感ともに十分納得の内容。静かで落ち着いた雰囲気もあり、ちょっとご褒美をあげたいときにぴったりの一軒です。
