前回の麻辣会、ここの2階の火鍋に行ったのですが、火鍋以外をほとんど食べれなかったので、今回、一階の丸テーブルが有るこちらにお邪魔しました。
夕方は17時開店で17:30にお邪魔したので、私たち以外居らず。三連休の1日目だからだったのか、時間が早かったからか。静かで、うるさく無い音楽で、良い感じ。5人で利用したので、回転テーブルは快適。ちょっと滑り悪いけど。
全部美味しかったけど、一番人気と書いていた毛血旺 (鴨の血豆腐、ハチノス、センマイ、スパム、太春雨、やもやしなどを辛く煮込んだ鍋)は絶品でした。鍋自体の味も適度に麻辣で深みがある味。鴨の血豆腐も臭みは無く初体験組も美味しいと言ってました。
孜然羊肉(ラム肉炒めクミン風)もラム肉の味がしっかりしている上に臭み無く、クミンとの調和も取れており絶品。パクチーも一緒に炒められているので苦手な人は取らないように気をつけましょう。
日本では最近、カリフラワーをめっきり見かけなくなりましたが、干鍋花菜(カリフラワーの汁なし鍋)美味しいんです。中国でも良く食べてました。懐かしくて美味しかったです。ニンニクがゴロゴロ入っていて次の日も臭いが・・・。
どれも美味しく、麻も辣もしっかり有って、気づいたら5人で10品。食べ過ぎたのに値段は1人5,000円。
大満足でした。私たち以外、帰るまでに3組だけ。こんなに美味しいのに、四川料理は人気とは言え、まだまだ麻婆豆腐や担々麺、麻辣タンぐらいしか知られていないのですよね。今回、麻婆豆腐は頼まず。辣子鶏も前回食べたので頼まずです。前回食べた辣子鶏美味しかったですよ。
