ロオジエ、トロワグロなどにいらっしゃったシェフ。20代の若手シェフですが、どクラシックなお料理です。
ポップアップレストランをされていた時にも伺いましたが、パテアンクルートの激うま度が増してました、、、
お昼の金額は心配になるほどお得。また行きたいです。
パンがないことだけ不満です、あとは最高です。笑
