今日は、青山大将の鮨桂太さん。土曜日初ランチ
に参戦です。今日は車で、築地川第二駐車場が
満車で、築地川第一駐車場の2階に止められまし
た。場外は、道がインバウンドのお客さんで埋ま
ってます(笑)
ノンアルコールビールを頼んでから、一斉スタ
ートです。ご常連2組、お姉さん2人はシャンパ
ンボトルにワイングラスで素敵です。お隣は辛口
日本酒を手酌であけながらしっぽりと飲んでいて
こちらも趣きがあります。
ランチは初めてですが、こちらはコスパ良過ぎ
るので、月初の予約電話が一瞬で満席になる
のも分かります。
今日のメニューは以下の通りです。

大将のことを「魔術師」と言ったご婦人を上げ下
げして、楽しませていただきました(笑)
僕からしたら、パンチの効いた赤酢シャリと、
ネタのデカさ。その日のネタの状態に合わせた
煮切り醤油の使い分けや、塩、すだち、ゆず等
の巧みな使いは天才肌で僕好み‼️「鮨界の若き
カリスマ」的な存在だと思っています。
