皆さんこんばんは✨今日は連れが、明日、
目の手術になり、一週間、お酒が飲めないとの
事で、美々さんにきました。
今日は、連れのために大船渡の怪物牡蠣をお願いしました。ちょっと、予算オーバーでしたが、味は、天下一品でした‼️
今日は、八丈島の金メダイからスタート、濃厚な金目鯛の滑りと、むらさき、赤酢が絶妙です。
次は、すみいか、このコリコリ感が堪らない美味です。そして、出ました青物のチャンピオン千崎のアジ❣️あぶらののりとネギ醤油、赤酢、ワサビのハーモニーに、やられました(^。^)笑
さて、ここで、気仙沼の怪物牡蠣くんの登場です
このミルキーさは、松田優作じゃ無いけど、
「なんじゃ、こりゃあ」レベル、今年食べた牡蠣の中で、No.1です。凄すぎて,参りました
次は、メインのかん平目の煮付けと伊勢湾の海苔
ご覧の通り椎茸と温かいとろろが、美味です。
ここで、ビールから、田伍にチェンジ、切れ味最高方です。
次は、工藤大将のオリジナル、あん肝とカニの
香箱庵‼️これもめちゃくちゃ、日本酒に合うので
壱岐島のよこやま、超辛原酒で、思わずチェイサーと言ったら、町田オーナーは、準備済で、こうしたきめ細かな配慮が、僕がNo.1鮨屋と言う理由です。
次からさてさて、3巻をチョイスです。
いつもの小肌もよいですが、今日は、中トロとゴマ鯖、そして、今年は温暖化で、かしの価格が上がり過ぎてるいくらをお願いしました。
工藤大将、マジでさすがです❣️❣️
