やきとんといえば大衆居酒屋で出てくるイメージですが、ここは完璧な下処理と火入れがされた最高級のやきとんをいただくことができます。また、ピーマンの肉詰め発祥のお店でもあります。
この日は2階カウンターの3代目大将前という最高の席で、おまかせコースをいただきました!

レバーは3軒の肉屋から毎日仕入れるもつでも一番最後に届けてもらうらしい!
臭みが全くなく、レバー苦手な人でも食べれるとかじゃなくて、好きになっちゃうと思います!トロトロ食感がたまらない…
つくねは牛豚鶏全て入っているとのこと。
