昨年のサンクチュアリコートに続き、今回は有馬離宮へお邪魔しました。

吉田シェフの華麗なスキルと、楽しいお話
勿論、お料理なにもかも最高に美味しすぎて食べすぎました。
シェフがこの日は鮑が規格外に大きいと仰っていて、ほんと大きくて大満足❤︎
柔らかくいい塩梅に焼いてくださり
和食でありながら、フレンチご出身のシェフのソースがどれも美味しくて、贅沢なひとときでした。
