今、長崎で最も予約が難しいお店と言われているお店なんです
聞いたところ今年の5月の初め頃からすでに年内の予約は埋まってしまっている状況なんだとか
しかも現在、新規のお客様の予約は取らない
いわゆる一見さんお断りの状態です
固定客の方が、結婚記念日や誕生日に次々と予約してるので、新規さんが入れない状態だそうです
大将の林さんが、
全国寿司技術コンクール巻き寿司部門で当時、最年少で優勝した経歴をお持ちみたいで、噂を聞きつけて、アレよアレよとお店が繁盛していって予約困難な状態に…

テイクアウトのお寿司なら、2.3日前の予約で大丈夫みたいです
ただし、父の日や母の日などの記念日は、対応出来ないかもしれないとの事
