1973年創業の老舗です。
平日の12時にポケットコンシェルジュで予約して伺いました。
大きなガラス窓で新緑を感じられるカウンターで店主の木宮一光氏の目の前で頂きました。
握り15貫のコース 20,790円を予約時に注文。
季節の旬を感じる稚鮎の天ぷらとつわぶきから始まり店主と楽しく会話しながら頂きました。
握りのしゃりはかためで、口の中で程よく解ける感じでとてもネタとシャリのバランスが良くとても美味しかったです。
中でも熟成の中トロ、大トロにはビックリ!北海道の赤雲丹と地場の紫雲丹の食べ比べがとても良かったです。
最後まで美味しく頂きました。
