「馳走西健一」を訪問。
お誘い頂き平日の12時にお伺いしました。
エボダイのフリットから始まってメインの太刀魚パイ包み焼き、〆の麦イカのもち麦玄米のリゾットまで魚,魚、魚のフレンチです。サスエ前田の素材が素晴らしいのは言うまでもなく、火入れ抜群でソースが衝撃的に美味しいですね!
店主の西健一氏はサスエ前田魚店徒歩5分のところに広島からわざわざ移転しただけの事はあるココでしか頂けない絶品お魚フレンチです。
最後まで美味しく頂きました。
予約困難な超人気店でありながらコース 16,500円にワインペアリング 8,800円、合計25.300円の超お値打ちなお会計。焼津でも通いたいものです。
