SILVER AWARDで寿司百名店の
「登喜和鮨 新発田本店」を訪問。
お店は駅から2㎞ほど続く雁木というか庇のある商店街の端に近いところにあります。
Pocket conciergeで土曜の20時半に予約して伺いました。新潟店が月〜金、新発田本店は土日のみの営業です。
おまかせコース 25,300円を注文。
3代目小林浩介氏の握る寿司は雲丹を除き全てが新潟産。ツメだったり、おぼろだったり一手間加えたお寿司はどれもとても美味しかったです。
中でも最初の蛤のおかゆ、色々な魚の鱗を使った甘鯛の揚げ物、はらこ飯が美味しかったです。
握りはやっぱり南蛮海老、春子鯛、黒ムツが美味しかったです。
シケで入荷が無かったマグロがメニューに無いのが食べ終わった後に気づきましたが、問題にならないくらい満足度が高かったです。
最後まで美味しく頂きました。
