仕事関連の仲間にお誘いをいただき、木曜夜に訪問。
恵比寿での食事は久しぶり、それもこんな素敵なお店とは嬉しい。
「【黒毛和牛OMAKASE】「うしの中山」フィレステーキ、生雲丹、焼き牡蠣など全8品」コース12,000円を予約。
席はカウンターで料理長との会話を楽しみながらスタート。

まずは前菜の丸茄子がとても美味しい…!
素材の味をしっかり感じながら白味噌ともベストマッチ。
その後の焼牡蠣、メカジキカツレツも当然美味しい。
また料理長の、ユーモアを交えた素材や調理の説明も非常に楽しい。
生雲丹の焼き飯はなんと韓国海苔と併せてで、幸せな味、これはもちろん十分な量なのですが、美味しすぎてもうちょっと食べたかった。笑
メインの前の焼き野菜は、ソースにつけても、塩でも、そのままでも美味しい。
そしてメイン、「うしの中山」は鹿児島のお肉だそうで、関東ではなかなか食べられないそうです。
肉の旨味が凝縮され、口の中でとろけました。
お好み焼きも上品な味。
〆のデザートは、焼き芋とバニラアイスの蜂蜜がけ。
鉄板で焼かれたホクホクの焼き芋とアイスは美味しいに決まってます。笑
こんなに「美味しい」と書いた口コミも久しぶり、とても幸せな時間でした。
隠れ家な雰囲気もグッドですね、次回は妻と来よう!
