さんあぴおさんの帰り道。
ハイっ、魚径さんでお刺身を買い、つまみにします。
リカーショップサトウさん→魚径さん。
これは、もう黄金ルートと呼んで良いでしょうね。
今回は末広がりの八角形のお皿を持参。
明治頃に作られた貴重なお皿ですが、使ってなんぼです。
今回も前回と同じく2160円でおまかせ。
ただし、サーモン抜き。
このお店って、何だか下の方にもあって、元料亭なんじゃないのって作りなんですよね~。
今度聞いて見よっと。
さてさて、家に帰って五(ファイブ)イエローを左手、右手にお刺身。
やはりトレイにのってるお刺身より、お皿にのってる方がお刺身が映えますね。
今回のお刺身は9点盛り。
まぐろ赤身、たい、ぶり、甘エビ、赤貝、ほたて、イカ、しめさば、たこ。
このお刺身達はイエローに合います。
しめさばは、ここでしめているのでしょうか。
酢の加減が絶妙です。
脂がのっているぶりは、ねっとりしていますね~。
イカもこりこりしていて最高。
やはり、スーパーのお刺身とは一線を画します。
