伏見区でうどんの名店といえば真っ先に挙がるこの店「大河」。百名店の常連なだけではなく、ビブグルマンにも選ばれている。実は初めて食べに来た。
時刻は土曜の13時前。満席ながら待ちは0人という状況で、外で10分程度待ったがすんなり入れた。
注文したのは先週4番人気の「大河盛(すだちおろし)」外で待ってる間に注文を聞いてくれたので、けっこうすぐに出て来た。
すだちを絞ってつゆをまわしかけてさっそく食べてみると、うどんは独特の食感、ぶよよーんとしててコシがあると言えばいいのかな?よくある硬い讃岐うどんと違って柔らかく、いい感じ。さすがだな。
乗っかっているのはエビ、鶏、ちくわ、大葉の天ぷら。どれも美味しいが特にエビはいい意味で生っぽさが残っていて食感もすごく良い。鶏天は棒状で面白い。
接客は店主の声が大きくさわやか。マジで声大きくて音圧もすごいw。レジのところに天かすが置かれてて、持って帰って良いってことだったのでもらって帰った。帰りは外まで出てきて見送りしてくれる。とても感じの良い名店だ。次、涼しくなったらまた来て、今度はかけうどんを試してみたいと思う。
