【懐かし麗しの新小岩①-島ずしと明日葉はマスト】
今回の出張、泊まりは御茶ノ水だったんだけど、どうしても懐かしの新小岩で飲みたくて10ヶ月ぶりにここ源八船頭に。あー、明日葉の天ぷらのサクサク感たまらん。島寿司も刺身も少しパワーダウンしている気もするがやっぱここに来たらこれだ。
名物島寿司はマグロやビンチョウのヅケ握り。一度食べたら病みつきになる。
さらに特筆すべきはブリカマの美味なこと、そしてさらに八丈島焼きそば(ペペロンチーノ)のここにしかない絶妙なうまさ!焼きそばといってもこのコシは細いパスタ。ニンニクソースのシンプルかつ複雑な旨みがたまらん!この色は明日葉を練り込んだ色なんだろなと勝手に思ってる(未確認)。あー、マジで全部うますぎた。
懐かしの新小岩、やっぱいいな。
