「創作割烹 たかの(本店)」の初代板長の宮本さんが、その後本店近くの「鮨と天ぷら たかの」、岡町の「天ぷら たかの」を経て、2024年春ついに独立して奥様と開業されました。
開業以来、何度も行こうと思っていましたが、なかなかタイミングが合わず、一年越しになってしまいました。
前菜に、彼の15年前の創作料理「ウニの冷製茶碗蒸し」をリクエストして、出してもらいました。以前よりまた進化していました。
コースの各料理は、以前と同じく素材・調理とも申し分なく堪能しました。
ただ、若いころのようにたくさん食べられないので、量・品数を抑えたコース設定があると助かります。
