誕生日だったので友人から招待頂き
オープン初日に伺いました。
麻布十番のおしゃれな街に一際派手に立ち並ぶ
祝い花の2階が入り口です。
少量多品目の和食ならではのコース構成ながら
ほとんどの料理に果物を使うという
変わったエッセンスを入れられています。
もちろん計算されつくしていて
和食のKISOを大事にした上での組み合わせ。
初手の水茄子、キャビアと鯵のなめろう、トマト。
全ての食材がマッチしていて期待が膨らみます。
1番感動したのは尾崎牛とスイカの組み合わせ。
とろける火入れの尾崎牛のステーキに
マリネされたスイカを合わせて食べると
酸味と甘味と水々しさが意外すぎるほど
マッチしていました。
よく思いつくなという料理の数々。
それを際立たせるソムリエさんの拘りのドリンク達。
この日は二日酔いすぎたのでノンアルでしたが
レモンスカッシュ一つとっても
かなりのこだわりを感じました。
2ヶ月毎くらいにメニューも変わるみたいなので
また是非とも伺いたいお店になりました!
