最近は30代の方の活躍も目立つ鮨業界。こちらは少しアダルトな大将のお店(ʃƪ^3^)だがお寿司はヤンチャだ。先ずはお料理に目が釘付け✨食べたい➕お酒も飲みたい。口が2つ欲しい〜♬と理由の分からない気持ちでテンション⤴高く時間が過ぎる。(^o^)ふとお代わりのお酒を待つ間、大将の所作を楽しむ。前回よりバワーアップしている様な…やはり鮨も進化していた次に星が足りなくなりそうなので遠慮気味にしておこう⤴シャリは赤酢。握り具合は写真六枚目のカワハギを見て頂けたら米が立っているのが分かります❕
付き出し 茄子のお浸し。浸した汁を飲みたい位だった。(笑) 蛍烏賊酢味噌和え 共に抜かりなし!
前菜 鮟肝煮黒胡椒でアクセント 太刀魚南蛮漬 ズワイガニ入卵 この時点でお酒二合は消える…
平貝、肉厚で容赦無い大ぶり 口いっぱいに頬張り スタートをきります。
確か横須賀産と言っていた気がするが鯛の白子乗せ口にいれて解けるシャリとネタを味わって居ると勝手にクリーミィに味変する 鮪赤身 縞鯵備長炭で軽く炙ってます。 干瓢巻き鮟肝入。驚いた…度肝を抜かれるのではなく度肝入ですね(笑)思ったより肝の感じは無かったと思います。 鰆燻香がします。あら井に来たら車海老は食したい❕良い海老を選んでいるんだと思いますが茹で過ぎない加減が良い。他の魚も旨いし特に海老好きと言う訳ではない私でも気に入っているプリプリではなくムギュッと少しグリュっとしてる感じ♥中トロ カワハギ肝乗せ、私が最も好きな魚だ。人に好きな魚を聞かれたら真っ先にカワハギと言っている。勿論、肝醤油で。 雲丹ダレてないです。 鯵、包丁を入れた間から見える鯵肌がセクシ〜です♥ ネギトロ海苔の香りもグー。香物美しいのでブローチにしたい位だ。香物界のカメオと呼ぼう(笑) 卵、 御椀 デザートはリンゴの氷菓子 お茶までも美味い…心のなかで呟いた\(^o^)/美味しかったぁ〜♥ こちら税込6600円のコースです。最後まで見て下さって有り難うございます(^o^)♬ あくまでも内緒にして下さい。
