念願の鮨一幸へ。
ここの予約に合わせて北海道まで来ました。
北海道で食べる一幸のお寿司は最初で最後。
春で北海道のお店は閉めて、銀座へ移転するそうです。
「北海道」で検索すると全てのジャンルで1位に出てくるこのお店。
噂通り本当に全てが美味しかったです。
特に楽しみにしていた白子は、想像以上の美味しさで、感動的でした。
お塩でいただく穴子も初めてでした。
親子でお店をやっていらっしゃるようですが、役割分担もしっかりなされていて、完璧な流れでした。
2人一緒に銀座に来てくれるそうで、東京で鮨一幸が食べられる日が今からとても楽しみです。
