三井オーシャンフジにある「北斎FINE DINING」で、船のスーパーバイザー三國シェフの出身地、北海道の素材を使ったメニューのディナーを2時間半かけて頂きました。完全予約制で、クルーズ船内新聞に満席案内が表示させるほどの人気。三國シェフとは3年の契約だそうです。横浜などのお店では味合うことができないこの船だけの限定メニューを頂けてラッキーでした。
