一周年記念のスペシャルコースというだけあり、伊勢海老、鱶鰭、北京ダック、蟹、鮑など高級食材が沢山出てきました。
食材だけではなく、味付けがとても上品で美味しかったです。
特に定番人気の自家製焼豚、今回は四万十ポークと東京エックスの2種類の食べ比べ。
旨みが口の中に広がり、凄く美味しい♡
北京ダック、牡丹海老、せこ蟹、鮑のお料理も絶品。
〆は4種類から選べますが、どれも食べたくて4種類を小盛りでいただきました。
その中でも汁無し担々麺が特に好みでした。
ドリンクは、グラスシャンパン、紹興酒8年、10年をいただきました。
どれも料理に合いました。
廣澤シェフはとても温かい雰囲気の方でした。
