玉蜀黍の擂り流しは糖度が高く、玉蜀黍の髭の天麩羅がアクセントに。
飯蒸しは優しいお味で癒されます。
鰯のつみれは、生のまま軽く霜降りしてあり、冷たい状態で提供されました。
冷たいつみれ汁は初めてで斬新。
豆鯵の開きの唐揚げが凄く好みで日本酒が進みました♡
桃の白和えは、目の前で胡麻を擂って下さるので、香りも楽しめました。
甘鯛の松笠焼きは、皮目がサクッと、身はふっくらして口のなかでほどけていく感じで、とても美味しかったです♡
〆は全て半量ずついただきました。
トマトラーメンの出汁が美味しかったです。
出来立ての蕨餅は、もっちり、トロトロで絶品。
最初から最後まで、美味し過ぎて幸せでした。
綺麗な女将さんのサービスも素敵でコスパも高く、名古屋から静岡まで来た甲斐がありました。
