【ペアリング】
スパークリングワイン、日本酒、白、赤、白、白、赤、白ワインの順で8種提供されました。
お料理との素晴らしいマリアージュ。
トリュフ、フォアグラ、キャビア、毛蟹、雲丹、鮑、鱶鰭など高級食材が惜しげもなく使われていて、全てがメイン様なコース内容。
高級食材と季節の味覚の組み合わせが素晴らしく、特にキャビア、毛蟹、桃を使った一品は、見た目も味も絶品。
一番好みだったのは、鬼海老とフルーツトマトのカッペリーニ♡
そのままでも十分美味しいのですが、唐墨を好みの量かける事ができ、味変も楽しめました。
牛フィレ肉も旨みたっぷりで美味しかったです。
シェフもとても楽しい方で、遠方から訪れる価値のあるお店でした。
