京都、仁王門にある食べログGOLD の日本料理店に7ヶ月振りの訪問。
カウンターのみで席数も少ないのに、18時スタートの一回転は贅沢ですね。
店内に入ると檜一枚板のカウンターが広がり、高級感が有りながらも落ち着ける空間。
上品で笑顔が素敵な女将さんを見ると、心が温まります。
料理はおまかせコースのみです。

料理は派手な演出は無く、素材の味を活かした上品な味付けで、全て美味しかったです。
特に鬼鯵の棒寿司が絶品でした。
濁りの無い澄んだお椀に感動。
料理の器、酒器が美しく、目でも味わえました。
大将と女将さん、お二人だけで切り盛りされているので、全てにおいて丁寧で洗練されていました。
遠方からも多くの方が京都まで足を運ぶのも納得。
とても素敵な時間を過ごせて幸せでした。
