午後から北風が強まり肌寒さを覚える月曜日、社用を練馬区内で終えて帰宅の流れとなりました。練馬駅で待ち合わせた細君と訪れたのが少し歩いた住宅街にあるこちら。美味しい鳥料理が頂けると聞こえたお店で以下のコースを頂きます。

一皿ずつ運ばれる数々の料理は、酒や塩などで素材の旨みを引き立てられています。頂いてみてまず分かるのが鮮度の良さで、もたらされる旨みは刺身やたたきにおいて特に色濃く表れていました。序盤から食べる者を圧倒する美味しさに骨抜きにされてしまいそうですが、その他の料理でも施された調理が鶏肉の味わいを最大限に高め、コースの軸を担う焼鳥に至ってはその集大成と言わんばかりの際立った旨さ。ため息が出そうな美味に感心しつつ、心ゆくまで至福の時を堪能いたしました。
