新年の始まりに、友人と美味しいものを食べに伺いました。
こちらは季節ごとにテーマを設けたコース料理が楽しめるお店で、今回は「夕餉 蟹のうまみ」 をいただきました。
コースは、艶やかな 一ノ米「龍の瞳」 からスタート。粒の大きいお米がとっても美味しかったです。
続く冬の吹き寄せ八寸は季節感たっぷりで、特にカラスミが絶品。最初から完成度の高さを感じます。
南瓜と蟹の茶碗蒸し はやさしい甘みと蟹の旨みが調和した一品。
お造り二種 は、毛蟹を泡醤油、越前蟹をブランデー漬けという珍しい提供方法で、素材の良さが際立つ美味しさでした。
その後は
・毛蟹の手巻き鮨(ニノ米)
・蟹の春巻き
・蟹の西京焼き
と様々な種類の蟹を色々な調理法で頂きました。どれも丁寧な美味しさでした。
続く香箱蟹の甲羅盛りは、能登の輪島塗のお皿で提供され、新年にぴったりの演出。もちろん蟹自体の美味しさも申し分ありません。
さらに蟹味噌のしゃぶしゃぶは初めての体験でしたが、濃厚でとても美味しく、印象に残る一品。
締めは蟹の炊き込みご飯(三ノ米)。最後まで蟹の旨みを存分に楽しめました。
デザートは果実の大福(みかん) で、爽やかに締めくくれるのも良かったです。
近年、蟹料理は価格が高騰していますが、
これだけ多彩な蟹料理を味わえて3万円以内というのは、むしろお得に感じる内容。
新年や特別な日にふさわしい、満足度の高いコースでした。
