そのままは厳禁。網の上で焼きます。
▪タン塩
ブロックのまま火にかけて、切り分けるという豪快さ。タンは焼き上げるまで時間がかかるので辛抱。レモン塩タレが合います。
▪黒毛和牛炙りユッケ
前菜の韓国海苔を敢えて残して巻き巻きして食べました。
▪宮崎牛のサーロイン
ライスに卵黄を絡めて食べました。
う~ん、たまりませんな。

太田牛のザブトンに田村牛のカメノコ
ザブトンもカメノコも希少部位で貴重。
▪宮崎牛のシャトーブリアン
ご存知、高級部位のシャトーブリアン。柔らかでサッと解ける。

カレーは飲み物ですけれど、牛ロースも飲み物でした。

焼き肉コースの〆の定番。
▪デザート
秋らしくシャインマスカットでお口さっぱり。
