コースはおまかせ握りコース 18,000円1本のみ。
コースはおつまみから始まります。
こちらは写真NGなので撮っていませんが全部本当に美味しかった。
最初に筍とそら豆の土佐煮と、とうもろこしの嶺岡豆腐。
筍は柔らかいのにしっかり歯応えもあって香りが素晴らしい。嶺岡豆腐はもっちりとした食感。
お造りはカツオのたたきで淡路島の新玉ねぎのソース。
名物の海苔巻きはイワシ、ガリ、きゅうり、大葉が巻かれていています。
メヒカリ小丼、鯛の酒盗の茶碗蒸し、とお酒が進む一品ばかり。
酒盗の茶碗蒸しが好みでした。
大将がお酒の好みを聞いてくださって、オススメの日本酒をチョイスしてくださり『田中六五』を。
ここから待ちに待った握り。
まずは宮城県塩釜の中トロ。
赤酢のシャリで、大きさも良い。
天草のコハダ、墨烏賊、勝浦金目鯛と続く。
次の生鯖がだった。朝一〆たばかりの新鮮な生鯖を特製の味噌ダレで。
北海道多摩湖舞のホッキ貝。
とてもパンチのある漬けマグロの次は
大将が『スペシャル』と一言添えて出された北海道根室のウニ。
軍艦の上にたっぷりのウニが乗っていて超濃厚で臭みも一才ない。
活け車海老、脂のりまくりのアジのあとは
鮪の大トロ、中トロ、赤身全部入ったお店のスペシャル巻き物。
お椀はなんと、お魚出汁と明太子を合わせたもの。
ふわふわの穴子と甘い玉子で締めます。
